Sial has qualified as a Level Two Senior Immigration Accredited Caseworker. Sial completed his undergraduate law degree from the University of Derby and moved on to successfully complete his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. He has also had training as a police station representative. Furthermore, to enhance his interpersonal skills has volunteered for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Sial is versed with both legal aid as well as private applications. Before joining CK Solicitors Sial was dealing with privately funded applications such as spouse visas, and family and private life applications. After being qualified, pursuant to the IAAS, Sial has a vast client base, in particular, minors and young persons. He has a very good understanding of the complex Legal Aid systems.

Sial has shown his ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. He has a wealth of immigration and asylum experience and has often been praised by his clients and the team.
